Teddies Music Club - Background
Teddies Music Club is run by people who love to sing with children. Teddies was set up in 1992 and has grown steadily, mainly by word of mouth. We now have hundreds of children and parents attending our sessions each week.
Our success is often attributed to the fact that we believe in live music and singing. Each session is led by a singer and a musician to create a vibrant atmosphere. Not being reliant on CD's we can respond to the ideas and requests of the children and parents.
We believe passionately in live music, and encouraging people to sing with their children.
Research shows that singing with children enhances the development of language, memory, intellect, coordination, confidence and social skills.
In addition we offer CDs and DVDs for parents and children to listen to/watch at home or in the car.
